The beautiful Noemy is tickled in two different situations here.First she’s hogtied and mercilessly tickled on her bare feet and upperbody.
She obviously feels much more vulnerable and sensitive in this position and as usual it is really difficult for her to endure the punishment and her milky soles are particulary sensitive to the feathers and hairbrushes.For the second part Noemy is strongly immobilized on the table and tickled on her bare feet.Look at her face and you will see her suffering.
