Last Laugh Sowilo 5

This is a new position I wanted to try that I like to call “the figurehead” (think ship prow decoration, here). A long padded rod is attached to the barbell cradle on my weight bench. Sophie’s wrists are cuffed to both ends so that her arms form a “T”. She’s in a kneeling position, but only her cuffed ankles are in contact with the bench. Her knees are actually unsupported, so it kind of looks like she’s suspended to the front of the bench. It’s a bit precarious, and next time I might place something under the knees for more comfort and safety. But Sophie’s handles it pretty well. Melanie sits on the bench behind her, preventing the bench from tilting forwards (which would be rather nasty) and enjoying easy access to Sophie’s upper body. Needless to say, Melanie is eager to make Sophie pay for the last two scenes. And she does.
