Sindy’s doctor has contacted a therapist specialized in laughing’s treatment for her patient who seems to have depressive symptoms.
This therapist works at the home of his patients because thay have to be in their personal environment for a better comfortable situation so Sindy welcomed him at her home.

He explains to Sindy at the beginning of the clip how he is going to proceed and what he is going to do to her then he places her on her sofa to start the treatment.
