Veronika is a spy that has infiltrated a military base. When she is discovered by he nemesis Jolene she is interrogated with tickle torture. Veronika cannot handle the tickling torment and eventually concedes the information in order to stop the tickling torture.

Veronika will never forget the torment she had to endure and plans for revenge.  Jolene is eventually captured and Veronika locks Jolene in a cage. She ties her so that her bare feet are exposed. Jolene does everything she can to show no reaction but her feet are too ticklish.  Veronika revengefully  tortures Jolene’s ticklish feet.
