Dirty shoes, dirty soles

The slave watches as Mistress Anette is smoking a cigarette with her feet up the bed and her shoes on. She smirks and gestures to him to come and have a taste of the soles of her shoes.

The slave complies and he eats the dirt from there slowly. Mistress Anette then drops her shoes and pushes her really dirty soles into his face.
