This is useful for a number of things, including propping a ticklee’s ankles and cuffing them in place. This is what’s been done to Angie. Her wrists are cuffed to the rod, her to grab on for dear life and providing a great view of her agonized face between her feet. Her big toes are also tied back. The tickler duo starts by scratching at her soles and toes. After a couple of minutes Jade sticks her tongue between her step-sister’s toes. Chanel soon follows suits. Both tickling techniques are heavily used over the scene’s 7 minutes.
