The table from the previous scene has been flipped on its side, with Melanie still attached to it. Sophie has her legs wrapped around her and has easy access to her upper body, including her armpits. What happens is… well, pretty much what you’d expect to happen in this kind of situation. An additional cuff right under Melanie’s left elbow makes it even harder for her to protect herself from Sophie’s inquisitive fingers.
